Privacy Notice

This notice explains how the bayata tech project (pre-incorporation) processes personal data when you use bayatatech.com, in line with the GDPR and the Dutch AVG.

Data we process

• Email address submitted via the waitlist form.
• Technical metadata: hashed IP address and truncated browser user-agent for abuse prevention.

Purpose and legal basis

We use your email to notify you about platform access and launch updates. Processing is based on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you provide via the waitlist checkbox.

Retention

Data is kept until access is granted or for a maximum of 24 months, whichever comes first. You may request deletion at any time.

Your rights

• Access, rectification, or erasure of your data.
• Withdraw consent at any time without affecting prior lawful processing.
• Lodge a complaint with the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens (Dutch DPA).

Processors and location

Data is stored on EU-hosted infrastructure (DigitalOcean, Amsterdam region). We do not use marketing analytics or third-party tracking cookies on this site.
